Welcome to Vitality365!

This app is your daily companion for staying healthy, independent, and connected. Here is how to get started in 5 simple steps.

STEP 1

Do your Daily Check-In

Every morning, tap Check-In in the menu and answer a few quick questions about how you slept, your energy, mood, and any pain. It only takes about 60 seconds and helps the app give you personalized tips.

STEP 2

Add your medications

Go to Meds and tap the + button to add each medication you take. Enter the name, dose, and the time you usually take it. The app will remind you and track whether you took it each day.

STEP 3

Log food and water

Tap Food in the menu to log your meals and track how many glasses of water you drink. Staying hydrated is one of the most important things you can do for your health.

STEP 4

Record your exercise

After any physical activity — even a short walk — tap Exercise and log what you did. The app tracks your activity streaks and celebrates your milestones.

STEP 5

Check your progress

Tap More, then Weekly Report to see charts of your mood, energy, sleep, and hydration over the past 7 days. Your streaks and achievements are shown right on the Home screen.

Tip: Add to your home screen

On your phone, tap the Share button in your browser and select "Add to Home Screen." This gives you a one-tap shortcut that feels just like a regular app.
